Aromatherapy Associates has been sharing the therapeutic powers of essential oils for over 35 years. The Brand was founded in 1985 by Geraldine Howard & Sue Beechey, therapists that had trained under the renowned aromatherapist Micheline Arcier, who can be traced back to the modern-day founders of aromatherapy. It was then that they experienced first-hand the powerfully positive effects of essential oils on our physical and emotional wellbeing. The brand is present in over 50 markets globally with Regional Sales offices in the UK, US and Hong Kong. Distribution is across Spa, Retail, Online Retailers, E-commerce and Distributor partners.
As aromatherapy experts, our vision has remained constant for a generation – sharing the power and therapeutic effects of natural essential oils. Expertly hand-blended in our London laboratory, our essential oils and unique active botanicals have created innovations in body and skincare.

Act as an ambassador of a world-class brand and deliver our products and services in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customers receive the expected and desirable level of customer service through a sincere approach of professionalism, valuable parting of knowledgeable advice, unsurpassed quality of delivery and genuine attention to customer fulfilment and experience.

The Head of Spa Sales EMEA & Corporate is responsible for the maintenance and profitable sales growth of new and existing Spa accounts within the EMEA region, as well as managing relationships and business development with the centralised corporate partners (currently Mandarin Oriental and Marriott).

The role reports into the Chief Commercial Officer.

Business Maintenance (EMEA Spa):
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:
- Define and track KPIs related to sales performance, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Business Development (Spa EMEA):
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing materials.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the spa's services.

Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate accounts.
- Regular visits to corporate accounts, including pops ups, trainings, sell in quarterly meetings
- Experience in corporate sales and business development in the spa industry.
- Proven experience in the spa industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
