As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Implementation/Customer Success Consultant to be a driving force in unlocking the full potential of our VMS (Vendor Management System) for our customers and manage the successful implementations of our cutting-edge VMS across a wide array of organisations. No two days will be the same, and you will have the freedom to use your management, consultancy, commercial and communication skills at various levels.

This role is predominantly home-based, working within a small, tight-knit but growing team within the UK. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to our offices in the UK and Netherlands. Your responsibilities in this role will include the successful implementation of our VMS:

• Manage the successful implementations of our cutting-edge VMS across a wide array of organisations,
• Using your commercial feelers so you see opportunities and create possibilities to expand the use of the VMS,
• Keeping the communication process going and proactively keeping all stakeholders connected to the process and planning,
• This is a versatile position in which you can take full responsibility for ‘your own’ implementations and enjoy working with various colleagues and customer relations.

Knowledge of the scope and functionality of Nétive or another VMS and Salesforce is a distinct advantage,
• Project management knowledge in accordance with the Prince II methodology,
• You are pragmatic, eager to learn and flexible,
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written),
