Tier one Contractor seeks to employ a competent and experienced Administrator to manage all the statutory requirements for the onboarding of staff on a large project. Daily duties will include -

  • Create and update Biosite profiles for internal employees
  • Create and issue staff ID cards
  • Take fingerprint & link access
  • Input historical induction data & update records
  • Upload historical induction forms to the Biosite system
  • Upload Toolbox talks & briefing data to allow for registration of attendance
  • Assist with Pre-Induction process (including checking competencies, and printing attendance list)
  • Liaise with team members to collect data required to create dashboard reports
Requirement for this post include -
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
  • High attention to detail, high organisation and effective time management
  • Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
