An exciting role to join our client, who are leading within their industry. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support with a high volume of ER cases on a 6 month FTC. Key responsibilities
- Mediate employee disputes, ensuring policy consistency.
- Guide on workplace behaviour, performance, and discipline.
- Investigate complaints impartially.
- Aid in restructuring and redundancy projects.
- Provide risk assessments to senior management.
- Coach HR Advisors on best practices.
- Develop HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.
- Create and deliver training programs on various topics.
- Analyse employee relations metrics and offer insights.
- Identify areas for proactive intervention.
- Experienced HR leader with expertise in core disciplines.
- Knowledgeable in UK Employment Law and strategic application.
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations.
- Commercially savvy with a proven track record.
- Able to establish high-performing HR functions.
- Proficient in interpreting HR Metrics for strategy.
- Budget management experience.
- Streamlined HR processes for better user experience.
