Programme Co-ordinator is an integral part of the provision of high-quality programmes through effective and efficient support, customer service, engagement and coordination services to all sub-teams within the Candidate Support Team. Assistant Programme Coordinators will work closely with their team and the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end experience for participants. Answer emails, phone calls and live chat/following up customer enquiries
Managing data bases and carrying out data entry, quality checks and investigating any discrepancies or missing data and rectifying this
Support with event management including logistics
Resource / material branding (including creating, printing and issuing resource packs)
Be highly competent using MS Office and Teams
Creative, innovative and able to solve problems
