We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to be based at our Aberdeen office.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

· Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensureclient requirements are met

· Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clientsregarding their material and shipments

· Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients andstakeholders

. To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timelymanner

. Moving shipments via all methods of transport – Road, Air,Courier, Ocean ensuring all customs requirements are also met and in place.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritise

· Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents

· Have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactivesafety culture

· Experience using Microsoft office products

· Strong attention to detail

· Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry

· A desire to continually improve
