Real Estate Asset Management Manager

Our client is a well-established international real estate investor-developer with a strong UK presence. They have a demonstrable track record in delivering exciting mixed-use projects with several significant commercial buildings in redevelopment phase in London.
Reporting to two members of the Senior Leadership Team in London, the Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for implementing asset management initiatives across the commercial portfolio.
Core to this is the strategy and management of leasing initiatives in retail / F&B units:
Managing leasing agency partners and their marketing activities and expressions of interest.
The Asset Manager will also be responsible for the wider day-to-day Estate management aspect of the portfolio including the HQ building, being the key point of contact with all Tenants, Property Managers and Advisors.
Preparation of internal asset management presentations, slide decks and support materials as well as all necessary reporting requirements.
Overseeing all asset management initiatives and L&T events.
The successful Real Estate Asset Manager will have:
~2-5 years post MRICS qualification experience in commercial real estate asset management.
~ Real Estate (or Built Environment) degree.
~ Agility and pro-active approach - ability to resolve issues swiftly with a positive commercial outcome.
~ Excellent relationship management / Tenant engagement skills, ideally with high-touch experience with premium brands, food & beverage, leisure and hospitality operators and their exacting standards.
~ Demonstrable knowledge of how asset management initiatives play into the wider success of an Investor-Developer portfolio and reputation to deliver.
~ Excellent timekeeping and project management skills.
