Our client is a leading private equity real estate investment firm with a strong track record of delivering value-add returns across various asset classes.

As a key member of the team, the Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for writing and implementing asset business plans, driving value creation, and optimizing asset income and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset business plans to drive value creation and optimize asset income and performance.
  • Work closely with the investment team to ensure all new investment opportunities are viable from a value-add perspective.
  • Support the production of investment committee materials and quarterly reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance value.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio management team to optimize asset income and performance.
Requirements
  • High-grade degree in Real Estate or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Prior experience in a principal-led asset management position, preferably in a PE real estate or investment/asset management business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and manipulate Excel models.
  • Hands-on experience in UK real estate, with a demonstrable track record of value-add and true value creation across multiple asset classes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with significant workflow and UK travel.
