About the Role

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring that our assets are optimized for maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor leases and negotiate renewals, rent reviews, and expiries
  • Market available space and secure new lettings
  • Inspect properties regularly and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage service charge budgets and authorize works, including refurbishment programs
  • Assist with investment purchases and developments
Requirements
  • MRICS qualification and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience with leases and lease negotiations is desirable
  • Experience with managed or flex offices is a plus, but not essential
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, as well as an electric vehicle car allowance, medical insurance, and an annual bonus.
