Brand Overview: Fruity Booty is a female-led project consciously creating underwear, swimwear and all the pieces in between. Founded in London in 2018 with a desire to reclaim the narrative around sexy underwear with sustainability at the core of everything we do, from our factories to our deadstock fabrics. As the Marketing Manager at Fruity Booty, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our brand's marketing strategy. You will be responsible for defining and owning the annual marketing calendar and integrated activation plans, including big seasonal, brand, and campaign moments. You will create innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and virality, engage and convert our target audience, and drive sales. Own the annual marketing calendar, coordinating input from the founder and the creative director to ensure full 360-degree campaign planning and execution across all customer touchpoints and channels.
When speaking to consumers, wholesalers, and brand partners, be the guardian of Fruity Booty’s tone of voice, brand bible, and campaign creative.
Own the Fruity Booty Brand Book, including tone of voice, brand bible, and campaign creative direction.
Lead on the planning and executing PR and customer events, pop-ups and other ad hoc activations throughout the year.
In charge of all product launches - deploying brand, email and social campaigns in line with the broader strategy and calendar and working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment with Product delivery dates.
Work alongside the creative director moodboarding and execute creative content ideas for website, social and email campaigns.
Manage PR agency & press intern to gift and partner with brand-aligned influencers, VIPs and celebrities to ensure brand exposure and reach amongst the right audiences.
Own and deploy all email marketing campaigns and database growth strategies via Klaviyo to build retention and loyalty.
Identify content gaps and brief the Creative Director on the content needed for upcoming campaigns and e-commerce shoots, focusing on specific content required for paid vs. organic.
Manage and optimise our paid campaigns running from our Meta and Google Ad accounts.
Make TikTok content - grow our TikTok channel in line with global brand positioning, catering to the nuances of this channel vs Instagram.
Prepare marketing spend budget in coordination with Finance for review and sign-off by the founder - and manage this allocation.
Report on all big campaign moments by developing wrap reports on key performance metrics to present learnings and make recommendations to the founder
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing
~2-4 years experience working for a brand in the same or adjacent category or positioning preferable
~ Paid digital experience, either via agencies or owning in-house
~ Experience with email marketing, events, influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
~ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that will resonate to drive results with a particular emphasis on storytelling techniques
~ Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing analytics tools to build monthly reports and derive insights to share with the broader team
