Red Bull UK are recruiting for a National Account Executive - Pubs to be based across UK.
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Pubs sector strategy and the achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets. You will be expected to oversee development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the brand is activated with excellence. You will be expected to remain in constant dialogue with the wider Red Bull business including National Account teams, Musketeers, Logistics, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Pubs sector strategy and the achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets. You will be expected to oversee development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the brand is activated with excellence. You will be expected to remain in constant dialogue with the wider Red Bull business including National Account teams, Musketeers, Logistics, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams. 
Evaluation of activity within account with learning’s applied.
Accurate forecasting and reporting of customer performance on financial systems (CPM)
To have ongoing monitoring processes/systems/tools in place in order to be able to identify opportunities and performance issues
Develop and drive strong relationships with all customer’s Senior Ops, Procurement & Marketing contacts
Identify key opportunities with developing accounts and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth
Achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets
Internal Brilliance – brand and behaviour. External Brilliance – to be an advocate of the brand. Strong FMCG sales experience
Proven account management & P&L accountability
Evidence of writing and delivering a Joint Business Plan
Travel 40-50%
