I am currently working with a mid to high-end independent opticians that are committed to providing exceptional customer service. The owner is now seeking a Practice Manager to join their team and help maintain the smooth operation of the practice. With a straightforward practice structure and a director handling the back-office sides of the business such as recruitment, KPI’s and P&L, this role primarily involves overseeing day-to-day operations, rota’s, dispensing, leading from the front and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Hours: Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 1-hour lunch + Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Monitor and maintain inventory of optical products and supplies.
