We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our beautiful home in Derbyshire, ensuring the highest standards of care and respect for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the home, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Lead and motivate our team to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
Requirements:
  • Active registration with the NMC.
  • Significant experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
