We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our beautiful home in Derbyshire, ensuring the highest standards of care and respect for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the home, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Lead and motivate our team to provide exceptional care and support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
- Active registration with the NMC.
- Significant experience of working in a similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A thorough understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum (DOE).
- 5 weeks annual leave.
