A U.S.-based activist hedge fund is hiring a Managing Director of Business Development / Capital Formation to lead its international fundraising efforts. The Managing Director will help lead all aspects of fundraising and investor relations alongside the firm's Head of Business Development.
Prospective candidates should have experience leading fundraising at an alternative investment management firm and have deep relationships with family offices and institutional investors. This particular role is to cover family offices and sovereign wealth funds outside the United States, with a particular focus on the Middle East and APAC.
Ideal candidates will be located in or willing to relocate to London or Dubai, but the firm is open to candidates in other locations. It is expected that candidates will be able to travel when needed.
Candidates will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to engaging with the team.
