This role is an 8-month contract within RMA, responsible for driving the implementation of our client’s ongoing marketing transformation agenda. We are looking for someone with a deep and thorough understanding of all social media platforms and with a primary focus on compliance and governance. You will be an expert in the operational and regulatory aspects of these platforms, and have experience ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal requirements, while effectively collaborating with clients, local markets, and related technologies.
Help conceptualise and implement governance improvements to support a sophisticated and compliant social media ecosystem for our client
Take forward a new influencer strategy programme, training markets and stakeholders in best practise standards across markets
Ensure compliance measures are integral to the governance model and consistently enforced, including policies, procedures, and the implementation of guidelines specifically around the global influencer standard and strategy
Collaborate with agency partners and existing in-house resources to ensure all marketing and troubleshooting requests are fulfilled effectively
Support the client’s Global Social Lead in adapting global social operations as part of ongoing transformation initiatives
Assist with ongoing compliance efforts, including the monitoring and remediation of local market social media accounts
Support the Global Social Operations Director in various marketing engagements, including deck creation and content development
Technical experience in all major social media platforms and technologies (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram), gained either client or agency side
Previous experience implementing media and marketing solutions for clients/brands, including rolling out an influencer strategy programme
Able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking across a breadth of marketing challenges
Combination of strong project management, client service and presenting skills
