Regional Sales Manager, New Drinks Brand, Midlands, £50k

This company has a new and fantastic product they are looking to launch into the market. This established business is now looking to grow the portfolio with a range of unique and flavorsome products which will thrive in the On Trade.

This role will require excellent connections to Regional On Trade groups covering both Wholesale and RTM. A proven track record in product listings is required.

What you will be achieving as Regional Sales Manager :

  • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth.
  • Drawing on network and connections across Regional On Trade groups to launch and list a range of fantastic products.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns
  • Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing the ordering process.
  • Forecasting, budgeting and providing competitor analysis; reporting direct to the Senior Leaders
  • Monitor and maximize on Sales performance.

The preferred background of the next Head of Sales:

  • Experience operating within Regional On Trade groups across a Spirit or Drinks category.
  • Strong network of contacts within the drinks industry (Regional groups and Multiples, along with IFT)
  • Experience bringing new products to market, along with negotiations and contracts.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
  • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development
  • Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
