On-Trade Regional Sales Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a expanding Premium Beverage Wholesaler in search of an On-Trade Regional Sales Manager. This is a permanent role based in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive regional profitability and meet UK business targets.
- Build and manage a robust business pipeline through new customer acquisition and effective account management.
- Identify and engage with potential on-trade customers such as bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Create impactful sales pitches, lead negotiations, and secure customer contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Network with brand owners and distributor sales teams to build market intelligence and awareness.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about the on-trade sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high level of customer service.
What are we looking for?
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in the on-trade sector.
- Strong knowledge of the the Midlands hospitality scene with a network of contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Salary up to £50k (DOE) + comprehensive bonus & benefits package.
