Deposit Operations Lead Hybrid
You will lead the deposit operations function, covering Savings and Current Accounts in a growing financial services organisation.

As the Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of these products, how it interacts with customers and maintain the highest standards in line with the client’s regulatory obligations as set out by consumer duty and BCOBS.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of deposit operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality across all deposit-related activity.
Provide valuable insights into customer needs, behaviours, market trends, and competitor analysis to shape our strategic direction.
Compliance and risk management - ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies throughout the deposit operations process.
Team leadership and development - lead and manage a team of deposit operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Relationship management with internal stakeholders, vendors and regulatory bodies.
Technology and automation to optimise deposit operations (deposit systems, integrated software solutions)

Experience within a financial institution or previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Operations experience in UK deposits.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A high level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.
