Job: Operations Director (Remote UK)

Created in 2012 by a holistic health expert, breathing therapist and pharmacist this globally recognised holistic wellbeing organisation is a school based on yogic breath techniques.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with their COO & Founder they are seeking the full-time services of an Operations Director to provide operational efficiency, project management & the creation of clear lines of management for existing team members.

Duties to include the overall management of operational activities including…

Marketing Project Management; Project Management of internal marketing tasks, Assisting with implementing weekly internal marketing strategies

Operational Strategy; Streamlining Processes, ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing customer experience:

Product Optimization; Product Satisfaction: overseeing the leaders of each product type

Team Management; optimising team performance, KPIs and accountability, collaboration with leadership team:

Budget & Resource Allocation; cost optimization, reporting and analysis:

Cross-Functional Collaboration to ensure operational alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance; ensuring that operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, implementing quality control processes to maintain high standards in service delivery.

Continuous Improvement; monitoring & process enhancement:

Risk Management; identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Team Development; investing in the development of operations team members, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.

Technology Utilization & integration: exploring and implement technology solutions that can enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Conflict Resolution; resolving conflicts and issues within the operations team and between departments

Hiring of New Talent; when required to take charge of the recruitment process

Other stuff

£’s; to approx. £50k depending on experience. NB: due to the business being headquartered in the USA, remuneration for their UK employees is via a monthly invoice arrangement (in this instance, in the region of £4k per month) as a sole trader, limited or umbrella company.

Location; fully remote, anywhere in the UK
