Alongside the machine shop supervisor you will focus on maximizing utilisation of resource, skills, and competency of the workforce, implementing lean manufacturing and up-selling opportunities.

Modify, Optimise & monitor manufacturing processes within a busy machine shop
Lean manufacturing
Previous experience within a rotating machinery repair / machine shop
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards , process improvement techniques
