Job Overview

The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer plays a crucial role in the assessment, maintenance, and enhancement of operational machinery and associated systems. This position involves executing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and addressing unexpected mechanical failures in production and service equipment.

Key Attributes:

  • A qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer; experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of all operational machinery and related components.
  • Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to production equipment while adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to reduce equipment downtime.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical systems such as fans, pumps, and motors is beneficial but not essential.
  • Open to hiring and retraining individuals with a background in vehicle mechanics.
