The Mechanical Production Engineer plays a crucial role in the assessment, maintenance, and enhancement of machinery and associated equipment. This position involves both scheduled preventative maintenance and addressing unexpected mechanical failures in production and service machinery.
Key Attributes:
- A qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer; experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of all operational machinery and its components.
- Perform repair adjustments on production equipment while adhering to established safety protocols.
- Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to reduce downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with troubleshooting fans, pumps, motors, and similar equipment is preferred but not essential.
- We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in vehicle mechanics.
