By cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, you will create opportunities that advance our mission and enhance community support for unpaid carers. Effective communication will be crucial, as you ensure all strategic changes and decisions are clearly conveyed to staff and stakeholders alike.

Within this role you will oversee financial reporting and development, ensuring our organisation remains financially sustainable. Your strategic insights will guide our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness and ensuring our messaging aligns with our mission and values.

In your role, you will have final accountability for recruitment, training, and performance management of all staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to deliver care services. You will monitor our impact, implementing necessary changes based on feedback and data to continuously improve our operations. Coaching and mentoring of the Senior Leadership Team is entrusted to this role to develop their professional growth and assist to achieve the organisations objectives.

Must have experience of working in adult or children’s social care services
• Ability to deliver and understand financial, budgetary, profit and loss management reporting
