RESIDENT LIASION OFFICER 12 MONTH CONTRACT OFFICE BASED IN BARNET £18.00-£20.00 DOE Role purpose: To assist in the planned works projects from the development of the project brief or employers’requirements through to completion. o To be the primary initial point of contact for residents in terms of arranging access to homes for surveying/inspections and works. o To undertake mail merges and similar for providing updates to residents on matters of fire safety and works deliver. o Entry of updated information onto our database (QL) and uploading documents to our documents management system (SharePoint) o To investigate and respond to (in conjunction with the Project Managers and other fire and building safety staff) requests for information, service requests and complaints o To assist in raising job orders on our repairs database o To undertake filtering and updating of stock data information in excel spreadsheets to enable bulk uploading to a repairs system. o To organise meetings, distribute papers for meetings and minute as applicable o To record interactions with residents on our CRM system (QL) o Liaise with the Housing team and other partners in cases that are beyond general requirements of access such as mental health/hoarding The post holder will be required to develop strong working relationships with the relevant consultants, service providers, in house staff, external agencies (including the London Fire Brigade and residents affected by the projects being undertaken.
