As Sales Director EMEA , you will be a core member of the global Leadership Team, working across local and European markets with one mission in mind: smash targets

You will lead a dynamic team of Flexible Workspace Brokers, maximizing their potential through management, inspiration, and coaching to ensure individual, team, and company success.

Brand Representation : Represent the Office Hub brand locally and throughout EMEA.
Forecast future business and report to Senior Management.
Team Management : Operational Excellence : Ensure operational excellence and quality in day-to-day work.
Hands-on Leadership : Lead by example by running full sales cycles and assisting the team in negotiations and closing deals.
Enterprise Lead Management : Manage enterprise leads from inquiry to close.
Training and Hiring : Manage training and hiring of new team members.
Customer Experience : Ensure a next-level customer experience for ongoing brand loyalty.
Exceed goals and targets to grow the brand and drive revenue for your market.
At least 5 years of experience in the Flexible Workspace industry.
Natural leadership qualities.
Deep CRM knowledge, ideally Salesforce.

Salesforce experience.
