Project Coordinator Required

Our client is a prestigious, long-standing business, renowned for their unparalleled expertise in industrial digital imaging systems. Their exceptional work spans various industries including Security, Defence, Nuclear, and Aerospace.

A new, exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team in Bristol. The successful Project Coordinator will be an organised, methodical individual with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Project Coordinator - Position Overview

  • Overseeing documentation, communication, and timeliness associate with each project
  • Working within a small, dedicated team
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring timely communication of information to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, record minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress against established goals and milestones, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements by conducting regular reviews and inspections.

Project Coordinator - Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • General engineering skills/experience - electrical, software
  • Documentation skills - writing specifications, general project documentation, manuals etc.
  • Experience assembling and testing hardware, including development work.

Project Coordinator - Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £35k - £40k
  • Monday - Friday (Flexible hours)
  • Pension scheme
  • Onsite parking
