HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement and shaping of the HR business partnering function, building a best-in-class HR service for the Business. This is a varied, generalist role, working closely with stakeholders at all levels, coaching and influencing leaders during a period of change & transformation.
Driving key strategic people initiatives for your Business area.
# Leading on change & transformation programmes.
# Coaching & mentoring the leadership team to deliver accountable leadership and management.
# Supporting the wider HR team on all aspects of HR including performance management, recruitment, learning & development, and ER.
# Playing a key role on wider business projects, working with a broad range of stakeholders.
# Coaching & development of the management team, working alongside the L&D team.

You will play an important role within a fantastic team, working collaboratively where HR is valued and seen as key to business success. My client is looking for a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change/longer-term projects. You must have a flexible & solutions-oriented approach and the resilience to take the business & its people through change. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must, so a background in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or similar is preferred. This is a hybrid role based near Wolverhampton.
