Job Title: POS Account Director – client site + office based
Salary: £Stand Out Salary + car or car allowance
Location: M25 North, Central London + Remote
One of the country’s leading producers of printed display products, known for its creativity and innovation, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Director.
This role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the client account including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for the development and operational management, ensuring operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently, as well as being responsible for the account’s retention, development, and compliance.
You will not only be able to persuade and influence externally, but also internally, as one of the key elements pertaining to this role will be gaining credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your dedicated team.
Candidates must have 7 + years’ experience managing POS projects for an FMCG retail brand, along with:
• Executing and managing contracted retail accounts
• Understanding planning, operational and financial management
• Proven experience of service delivery
• This role will be based at the company's central London office with occasional travel to the client in Greater London, and WFH where possible, as the focus of this role is to be proactive, innovative and service driven.
