We are seeking an experienced Senior Conceptual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving creative excellence. Your primary responsibilities will involve conceptualising and developing creative solutions for a variety of briefs. Your creative insights will go beyond aesthetics, considering the practical aspects of implementation and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. You will bring a broad range of experience across spatial, experiential and event design with a background in fashion and retail favourable.
Your capacity to bring concepts to life in three-dimensional spaces will set you apart in this role and knowledge of 3D software is a definite bonus.
As a senior member of the creative team, you will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior creatives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Sit as a core part of the creative team working across a wide range of briefs from retail to events to direct mail and brand experiences.
Take a leading role on projects, communicating clearly with the internal team throughout.
Experience in creating strategic creative concepts, big ideas that can influence all aspects of the design.
Keep the team up-to-date with the latest in the technology, design and industry best practices.
Communicate ideas through mood imagery and description, honing creative concepts and inspiring others.
Build out ideas into 3D designs and visuals.
Work closely with production and technical to make sure we are in line with timelines and budgets & your incredible vision is honoured through to implementation.
Develop inspiring creative presentations and pitches and sell these into clients.
Understanding of retail and brand experiences at the highest level
Experience taking projects from start to finish, from initial concept right through to final design.
You will have a high cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music and culture
A commercial understanding, with the skills to generate design concepts for brands that reinforce brand messages & sell specific products
Proficient or willing to learn SketchUp and Vray to the highest standard
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
You will have worked across complex and varied projects internationally
Experience pulling together creative presentations and pitches.
You will be motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible
You will have a solid understanding of build and production and the technical aspects of the design process
