Team Leadership & Management Set the team’s roadmap and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and be accountable for the team’s operational and business performanceRun the team’s weekly and monthly rhythm (planning, crits, creative review, retrospective…)Line manage creative designers and copywriters, coaching them to grow their skills and grow professionally, to ensure you are building an absolute best-in-class creative production team Deliver creatives for world class marketing campaigns and digital assets Establish a high design bar on what top performing ads and digital assets look like, especially for paid ads on social mediaWork with the marketing and CRM teams to constantly evolve and improve our creative assets Project management Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.Lead the most important projects end to end: agree brief and resourcing, develop project scope and timelines and manage the project effectively to deliver on time, on quality and on budget. Operations & tooling Allocate resources efficiently to maximise productivity and ensure that the right team members are assigned to the right projects based on their skills and strengths.Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall Studios efficiency and outputs.Own tooling for the Studio - test new tools to increase productivity and create business cases to unlock budget and handle contract renewals (e.g. new AI tools) Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all creative output meets our high standards and brand guidelines - in collaboration with our Brand Lead and VP of DesignImplement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all creative output meets our high standards and brand guidelines - in collaboration with our Brand Lead and VP of Design Hands on delivery: Lead and deliver large-scale creative projects including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and effective coordination to ensure seamless executionGet hands on to deliver creative assets when required

Skills we'd love you to have

You’ve previously been a Senior Creative and have moved into a Studio Manager role - you can deliver high quality work and have a track record in leading successful in house creative teamsYou have extensive knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, in particular social media ads, marketing emails and website assetsIn-depth knowledge of creative processes and the ability to grow and develop the team’s capability at pace (incl. static assets, motion graphics, video and copywriting)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to grow deep trusting relationships with senior stakeholders,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
