What you will do  

Nu-Form Fire UK are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator as a full time role from our HQ in Bury, Lancashire. Duties will include supporting the Service Department Manager with administrative duties, booking service visits, ordering parts, arranging labour, generating renewal proposals and initiating the invoicing process for works completed.

How you will do it  

  • Manage all service scheduling on the company service scheduler proactively liaising with colleagues

  • Ensure all services are fully booked with clients and the associated engineering to conduct the servicing. 

  • Timely issuance of documentation to acquire permits for client sites as required. 

  • Timely issuance of RAMS for all sites as required. 

  • Timely provision of accurate weekly revenue forecasting on all Service contracts. 

 

Who we look for  

  • Experience of having worked in a result driven Customer Servicing environment.

  • Customer orientated is essential 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Solutions driven coupled with a problem-solving mindset. 

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach. 

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others. 

  • Experience in working in a highly dynamic engineering service environment 

  • Applicants should have excellent planning and organisational skills as well as robust general IT skills.

  • Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential. 

  • Comfortable with Microsoft systems- Excel, Word etc.
