We are recruiting for an Enablement Support Worker on a temp to perm basis based in Salisbury. As an Enablement Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our Homeless Service in Salisbury. As an Enablement Support Worker, you will manage a case load of 6 clients, providing essential support and guidance. Working collaboratively within a team and reporting to your Line Manager, you’ll conduct client referrals and interviews, assess and manage risks, implement and monitor client support plans, and ensure service users understand their rights and responsibilities. A proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth. Ability to work harmoniously with other professionals, signposting when necessary to achieve positive health and housing outcomes. Having relevant experience in a similar role is essential. While not essential, having a driving licence is a plus. Full-time annual salary starting at £25,720.50 after a probation period. Shift Patterns:
Weekly shifts between 7 am and 10 pm on a flexible rota, including some weekends and bank holidays. Bank Holidays:
