Client Account Manager

Job Description:
Elite Technology is in search of a seasoned Customer Account Manager with recent SaaS experience, poised for the next step in their career. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customers across the UK and EMEA region, focusing on nurturing relationships and supporting their digital transformation journey. This includes transitioning customers to our market-leading financial management system, 3E Cloud, which is meticulously crafted by legal experts on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Additionally, you will oversee and nurture eBilling Hub and MatterSphere case management customers within your territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention within your territory, fostering strong relationships and exceeding monthly quota targets.
- Develop effective account plans to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Manage complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of our applications to operational contacts and C-level executives.
- Build strategic relationships with core partners to provide additional value as a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Deepen understanding of our product offering, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Forecast accurately and maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and improved.
What You’ll Need:
- College degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding monthly quota targets in technology-based sales.
- Hunter mentality within accounts to upsell, cross-sell, and protect churn.
- Understanding of law firms' operational dynamics across fee earners, finance, and IT functions.
- Experience managing accounts with multiple stakeholders at varying levels and positions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with ROI, cost modeling, and other quantitative techniques.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of law firms' operational needs and requirements preferred.
- A broader understanding of the legal and/or professional services marketplace preferred.
