Als Sales Development Manager bij Netpresenter werk je bij de marktleider op het gebied van werknemerscommunicatie. Onze grensverleggende communicatiesoftware wordt gebruikt door ’s werelds grootste organisaties. Onder andere Johnson & Johnson, TNT, George Washington University Hospital, Hogeschool Utrecht, DHL en Erasmus MC vertrouwen op ons bekroonde platform om hun werknemers doeltreffend te bereiken – ook in geval van nood. In deze functie ben je zowel strategisch als op operationeel niveau met sales bezig om op korte en lange termijn de verkoopdoelen van onze organisatie te behalen.
Wat ga je als Sales Development Manager doen?
- Je kunt een sales strategie opzetten en vertalen naar concrete acties;
- Je zoekt continue naar verbeteringen en kansen in onze salesprocessen;
- Je werkt nauw samen met marketing en bedenkt samen concrete plannen hoe
we zoveel mogelijk nieuwe leads en klanten kunnen scoren; - Je kunt het commerciële potentieel van onze organisatie verbeteren en maximaliseren;
- Je onderzoekt en identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen – met inbegrip van nieuwe markten, groeigebieden, trends, klanten, partnerships, producten etc.;
- Je bent actief bezig met gerichte in- en outbound salesactiviteiten om onze software te verkopen;
- Je bent in staat je te verplaatsen in onze doelgroep en kunt creatieve manieren bedenken om met hen in contact te raken. Out of the box denken wordt aangemoedigd;
- Je zorgt voor een duidelijke rapportage van resultaten en bewaakt de voortgang van gestelde doelen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding;
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar B2B-sales ervaring en bent fulltime (40 uur per week) beschikbaar;
- Je bent een échte salesprofessional die weet hoe je moet verkopen;
- Je bent strategisch sterk en kunt mensen overtuigen van je ideeën en plannen;
- Je hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen en ziet waar kansen liggen;
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
in woord en geschrift; - Je bent tech-savvy en hebt affiniteit met Enterprise SaaS oplossingen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van software en IT in het algemeen (ervaring met Salesforce is een pré).
