Wines & Drinks Sales Manager Competitive Salary

Our division of Wines and Drinks is looking to welcome a new successful Wines & Drinks Sales Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of their sales performance.
Develop strategies to generate sales across various channels.
Maintain and grow sales volumes with current accounts.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction.
Identify and act on opportunities for process and performance improvement.
Benoli Wholesale is an importer, wholesaler and distributor of wines, dry foods and consumable products. We are based in the North East of England and have been trading for over 18 years, dealing with more than 200 accounts on a weekly basis.
A competitive salary plus target bonus.
Company car or car allowance.
Company discounts in all our wine, food and consumable products.
On site parking space.
At least two years of successful sales experience in the wines and drinks industry.
Wine and drinks qualification (e.g. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and drive sales performance.
Comfortable in networking and social situations.
Full UK clean driving licence.
