Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Lowestoft

Salary: £42.5k

I am recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager for a lovely Care Home located in Lowestoft. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of the home which includes budgets, compliance, quality, and ensuring the residents receive the best care and support possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that the care home meets and maintains the CQC requirements
  2. Ensure all records and documentation are up to date
  3. Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
  4. Ensure the care home is a safe environment for the residents, families, and staff
  5. Supervise the staff and ensure they have up-to-date training and are able to deliver the highest quality of care possible
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Have at least 2 years previous experience in a Registered Care Home Manager role within a care setting
  2. Be able to deliver high-quality care
  3. Strong CQC knowledge
  4. Be able to make important decisions
  5. Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  6. Must have an NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  7. Strong knowledge of dementia care

Will accept those from a domiciliary background, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health. Will accept a step up from a Deputy Manager role as long as you have the relevant experience.
