*Job Description:* We are seeking a Maths Learning Support Assistant to join our educational team. *an ideal opportunity for a new ECT*. The successful candidate will provide support to students in understanding and excelling in mathematics. This role involves working closely with the mathematics teacher to deliver tailored assistance to individuals or small groups, reinforcing lessons and helping to clarify complex concepts.   • Key Responsibilities:*
  • Assist the mathematics teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students struggling with mathematical concepts.
  • Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Encourage and motivate students to engage fully with the subject.
  • Help to identify and address individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing students for exams and assessments.
  • Requirements:*
  • Strong understanding of mathematics, ideally at least to A-Level standard.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
QUAL Job Type: Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months Pay: £78.50-£95.24 per day Benefits: * Free parking Schedule:
