Design and implement pricing strategies to support the commercial objectives of each brand within the group, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across markets.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviours to develop actionable insights and optimize pricing models.
Team Building and Management: Collaborative Development: Work closely with finance and other group functions to embed pricing practices into the business, aligning with the commercial and financial goals of each entity within the group.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy to design, implement, and refine pricing strategies while providing support and training to group company teams as needed.

Experience: proven track-record in a pricing, finance, or commercial strategy role, with experience in B2B environments; Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
Experience building and leading teams, with the capability to set up a function from the ground up and establish scalable processes.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building something new within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
Proactive and Autonomous: Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive projects forward independently.
