Strong technical support experience
Experience constructing API requests (using Postman/ SoapUI etc), evaluating XML / JSON structures
Reading some basic Java code
Experience with JIRA and an industry standard ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, etc)
Proven history of account management or relationship building
Automate where possible (through Lean/Agile measures)
