The Role: Initially, you will hold responsibility for some very large strategic accounts. You will operate at senior stakeholder level within these accounts where you will be expected to grow wallet share within each account. As you prove your worth, you will then have the opportunity lead and develop a sales team, who will target small to medium sized accounts within the same sector. This is a realistic opportunity to grow your career to Sales Director level with a major manufacturer. The Person: It’s likely that you are a proven strategic sales person from the electrical industry who is ambitious and career-minded.
