Head of HR 9 month FTC to start in July Salary:between £90,000 and £120,000 with an end of contract bonus and benefits City of London Full time in the office for 3 months then hybrid after this Oakleaf Partnership is representing a successful, entrepreurial boutique Financial Services firm. They are looking for an interim Head of HR. The role is working directly with the Executive team, you will be ensuring the delivery of current and future business needs. This is an end to end role, with management responsiblity, and covering the employee lifecycle including ER, Talent, succession planning, performance management and L&D. This is both a strategic and operational role where you understand business objectives and translate this into the People plan. You will be responsible for driving the People agenda and building the right talent, culture and leadership. What is the role Working with the Senior Executive, you will acting as a trusted advisor and providing advice on a range of HR issues such as comp and bens, ER, talent acquisition, development, performance, culture, engagement and diversity and driving the talent and succession agenda. You will be responsible for finding solutions for better people management, and the smooth roll out of any HR projects. You will be responsible for embedding the HR model and leveraging HR tools and Resources that can support your client group and utilise data and analysis to drive better people management decision making. This is a fantastic role where you can utilise your skillset to add value to your client group and the wider business Skills & Experience To apply you must have the aboce Head of HR experience within Financial Services and ideally some experience of working in an SME. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutionDemonstrate in depth knowledge of HR trends and practices A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and having the mindset of continuous improvement.
