As a Cleaner here at Lidl, every sweep of your brush helps give our customers the in-store experience they deserve. From maintaining a tidy store to ensuring our hygiene standards are up to the mark, you’ll be an essential part of our team, keeping things looking their best for our customers and your colleagues. In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

**Keep your store’s trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to make a great first impression
● Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery
● Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste and recycling sections
● Proactively make sure that hygiene, Health and Safety standards are upheld
**Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
