We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our Edgbaston sk:n , The Harley Medical Group and Optical Express team working on a rota that includes weekends. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring your clinic achieves financial performance by:
P&L management, taking every opportunity to minimize costs and maximise revenue.
Ensuring audit, policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at all times.

As a Clinic Manager working for Optical Express you will receive structured training and on-going support to achieve success through the development of your team, world class service, exacting standards and financial rigor.

Ideally you’ll have a minimum of three years Management experience gained within either the Optical, Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors.
Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic and Optical Industries.
