As an Assistant General Manager at Lampton Leisure, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the Isleworth leisure centre that boasts 3 Swimming Pools, Health Suite, 2 Studios, 8 Court Sports Hall, a Café and a Gym, always ensuring the customer is at the forefront of every decision made.
Line management responsibilities for all staff, including recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, development, and performance management
Support the leadership team to achieve financial targets and KPIs and with preparation of annual service plans, financial plans, and statistics
Deliver high quality service and standards within the centre
Ensure all safe systems at work are adhered to and general building maintenance and repairs are completed to a high standard.
Previous management experience is essential, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting financial targets and leading a successful team. Free Parking at all Leisure Centre Sites
