FINTEC recruit is recruiting for a Business Development Executive, this is a full time permanent role based in Irvine, working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. Base salary is £27,500 plus a sales/bonus structure, with OTE potential of circa £40,000 plus, withuncapped commission. Details of the bonus structure is available on application. This is a support role for the contracts and service department working as part of the sales team. Responsibilities: Supporting the contracts department in growing the service department Generate contract leads and securing customer appointments Preparing business quotes and supporting for contract renewals General office administration and handling customer telephone enquiries Telesales calls to existing and new prospective business Skills and experience required for the Business Development Executive role : Good organisational, presentation and negotiation skills Confident speaking with existing and prospective new customers, good telephone sales Good IT and administrative skills, quick to pick up IT systems and accurate input of data Experience of operating and developing a sales pipeline, able to identify customer needs and resolve any issues and creating tailored solutions Full details of the Business Development Executive role is available on application.
