THE COMPANY

This travel company is very well-known, and they are now looking for someone to come in for 9 months to support the CRM & Loyalty team in retaining customers from both a B2C and B2B perspective


THE ROLE

As a CRM Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  1. Develop their comms roadmap for their loyalty and B2B audience
  2. Ensure that their messaging is personalised and targeted
  3. Work closely with the automation team to create strong lifecycle journeys
  4. Creating email templates using taxi4email
  5. Manage the deployment of campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Knowledge of SFMC and Taxi is strongly preferred
  2. Segmentation, testing, and analysis experience is required
  3. Experience in B2C and B2B communications is a plus
  4. Experience delivering insights and increasing ROI is going to be useful for your application
