Your new company
This is a well established charity that provides a variety of services supporting women, men & children who have been victims of abuse. They access the community to support victims as part of commissioned contracts to offer a holistic & trauma informed to these individuals.

Your new role
The Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA) provide a frontline high quality service to victims up to the age of 18 years old. The support is tailored to the individual needs of the client, using a trauma-informed approach. The team uses a range of different interventions to proactively engage clients in supporting them in their journey to recovery. You will also offer parental support, supporting them to understand trauma their child has experienced and the impact of that.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in being shortlisted for this vacancy, you will have previous experience of managing a caseload where you are responsible for offering a support service to vulnerable client groups, as well as the experience of risk assessing and creating support plans tailored to individual clients.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle that you are happy to use for work purposes.
