Our client is a large Insurance Brokers based in the heart of the City of London and they are recruiting for an experience HRBP to join their busy and growing HR team.


They are offering a competitive salary up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus


As well providing HRBP support to their London office you will also be supporting their 2 offices outside of London , so you must be happy with travelling as necessary.


You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified


As an HRBP you will be the primary partner providing guidance, coaching and advice to people leaders and teams. You will act as the frontline consultant in support of talent management practices, including onboarding, performance management, development, team health and facilitate the understanding and implementation of the company culture.


Key focus areas for the HRBP are to increase leadership capability, provide excellent support to the business and facilitate leader education and engagement on key people programs, tools and processes.


The key experience they are looking for includes:

  • Proven track record as a HR Business Partner within London Insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of UK financial services regulations, particularly SM&CR and Conduct Rules.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to manage firm risk with best-in-class Human Capital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and ability to deliver difficult messages with confidence.
  • Proficiency in project management and execution skills to drive HR initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
  • Trusted advisor to senior management who can coach, motivate, and direct employees and managers to meet desired objectives.
