12 month FTC - Technical Administrator - Construction

Your new role
I am currently working with a leading construction company who are looking for a technical administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting in to the compliance manager, the main purpose of your role is to manage the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and subsequent payment.
Your duties will include:

  • Managing the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and payment information using CRM tickets to keep business informed
  • Keeping master data up to date for all subcontractors within the business
  • Managing the input of applications as received and ensuring that all invoice-based applications have the correct backing documentation and are input right first time.
  • Acting as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform.
  • Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload. It is highly desirable to have administrative experience within the construction industry, and knowledge of commercial contracts would be advantageous. Prior exposure to Oracle / other similar systems would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working patterns. During training, you will need to be in the office for 4 days. This will then reduce to 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Competitive salary and benefits package - please reach out for more details.
