Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement technical strategies, processes, and training programs to enhance technical capabilities.

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Sharepoint (Migration and Administration), Power BI, Dynamics
  2. Cyber-security tools, technologies, and processes
  3. VOIP, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
  4. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
  5. LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Internet networking maintenance and fault analysis/resolution
  6. TCPIP / Routers / VPN / Firewalls / VLAN / DNS
  7. Active Directory/GPO
  8. Backup Management
  9. Remote Management and Monitoring systems (eg Kaseya VSA, Connectwise Automate, etc)

Desirable Skills:
